Grilled Triple Cheeseburger

Ingredients
4 Pound ground beef, 80% lean
1 Tablespoon Traeger Beef Rub
12 Slices American cheese
4 Whole hamburger buns
1 Large white onion, sliced, for serving
1 Large tomato, sliced, for serving
butter lettuce, for serving
pickles, for serving
Special Sauce
2 Tablespoon mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon ketchup
2 Teaspoon sweet pickle relish
1/2 Teaspoon sugar
1/2 Teaspoon distilled white vinegar
Instructions
Form meat mixture into 12 patties, each five ounces. Sprinkle both sides generously with Traeger Beef Rub.
For the Special Sauce: Mix all ingredients for the sauce together and set aside until ready to use.
When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 400℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.
Arrange patties on the grill grate and cook for 4 minutes, flip and cook for 2 minutes longer.
Top with cheese and cook for 2 more minutes, or until cheese has melted.
During the last minute of cooking, place the buns on the grill to toast if desired.
Remove everything from the grill and build burgers with special sauce on the bun, then 3 burger patties, tomato, lettuce, onions and pickles. Enjoy!
